The Brief

Five jars of Laura Mercier under-eye setting powder in various colors—translucent, soft pink, peach, golden, and rich peach—spill onto a light surface. Each color corrects different skin tones, conveying a sense of beauty and customization.

Legacy brand Laura Mercier was seeking a cost effective way to produce more UGC style content in-house that was more social forward to highlight important launches. We partnered with them for a full production shoot to create content for the launch of their Secret Brightening Powders along with evergreen content to highlight other key products.

To announce the launch of their new Secret Brightening Powders, we created an elevated take on an 'unboxing' video using white gloves and wrapping to match the brand's luxury positioning. We edited this with clip clips to keep viewers interested and engaged.

To tease the launch of their Secret Brightening Powder, we created a storytelling video featuring their Director of Artistry, weaving the narrative of Laura at the helm of the brand with this voice over. Adding caption text overlays and movement in the footage increased watch time.
